1/3 - KTHFS FinTech Evening

Are you interested in Financial Technology? Would you like to learn how it is currently redefining the financial services industry? KTHFS is honoured to present the brand new event, FinTech Evening, at KTH Campus!

Financial Technology ("FinTech") refers to the use of software and modern technology to deliver financial services to customers. In recent years, Financial Technology has grown explosively and is today competing with traditional banks in areas including: money transfer, lending, investing, payments, trading technology and risk management.

The FinTech Evening will consist of a "TED Talk" at KTH Campus. Students will have the chance to learn more about the subject by listening to experts from KTH as well as some of the leading FinTech companies in Sweden. The event will combine theory and practise in an informal setting, where the latest technology will be explained both generally and specifically. Refreshments, coffee and snacks will be served throughout the evening. Topics that will be discussed include:

- FinTech: Redefining the Financial Services Industry
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Blockchain Technology
